Title- Vice President Sales and Marketing

Experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP), Recruitment Placement Outsourcing (RPO), Contract Staffing, Permanent Placement.

Retain all existing business.

Responsible for developing/implementing account specific plans and strategies to achieve service, revenue, volume and profit goals.

Responsible for the creation and oversight of the strategic direction for customers across the United States.

Responsible for managing and attending all client scorecard reviews for Customers to ensure our internal metrics, delivery and initiatives exceed the expectations of our customers.

Build strategic plan to overcome any existing shortcomings and/or potential challenges.

Responsible for identifying, evaluating/qualifying and closing both additional Geographies and Categories of spend that Divensi does not currently support to expand our footprint.

Maintain Service delivery dashboards to review account trends. Develop and execute account plans for all accounts to maintain and maximize client fill penetration to increase market share. 

Responsible for delivery of SLAs across all our accounts which include budgeting, revenue tracking, driving client SLAs.

Responsible and accountable for all aspects of VMS/MSP client relations management, including cultivation, administration, and maintenance of the VMS/MSP client relationship. 

Increase Market Share through relationships with MSP Management/Leadership.

Responsible for expanding our portfolio of service offerings with existing clients (Talent Solutions, Technology Solutions, SOW Management and Full Time/Direct Hiring).

Responsible for identifying, evaluating/qualifying and closing new MSP Clients across the USA.

Adding value to our existing MSP Partners and Clients by providing Case Studies, participating in Speaking Engagements, actively sharing Industry Trends and Best Practices, Social Media Strategies, etc.

Responsible for driving operational excellence throughout all Divensi Inc accounts to ensure Divensi delivers superior service to every client.

Responsible for maintaining and growing executive level relationships.

Leads activities to reinforce the Divensi culture of continuous improvement, best practices and customer satisfaction.
